What is included in my order?

Every order comes with a black clasped cord to put your pendant on. This can be used as a necklace or hang anywhere you'd like.

How do I care for my pendant?

The wire I use are oxidized bare copper, silver coated copper, and black coated copper. The silver and black are non tarnish, but it is advised to not get the pendants wet. Please avoid showering/swimming with your pendant on. If your pendant gets dirty, use a cloth to wipe clean. 

As far as chips on the crystals: every crystal is made naturally so sometimes you will see impurities just naturally. Carefully examine the photos I provide before purchasing because what you see is what you get. Anything that happens to the pendants during shipping & once it’s in your care is out of my hands. It is your responsibility to care for your pendant properly once in your care. 

I make sure pendants are stable before selling them. If your pendant breaks in your care, I can offer to fix it for a price (if ordered in under a year- $15 to fix depending how bad the break, anything ordered after a year would be charged the price the pendant was bought for). If the crystal breaks and you don’t want it glued to be fixed or it can’t be glued, there is absolutely no way for me to give you the same pendant due to the nature of my work. I would be able to offer a replacement pendant with a different crystal (you would need to pay the original cost of the original pendant you ordered no matter how long ago you ordered the original, even if it was less than a year. Since I make sure my pendants are stable before selling, any severe breakage would be out of my hands & thus charged full price if the break is severe enough to need to replace the stone)

Do you do custom orders?

The only "custom" I will do will happen on my website on the first Sunday of every month. These customs will only be suns and sunflowers and there are rules for them, stated in the description of my custom listing when they are listed. Please do not email me asking for a custom, that is not how they work. They are only on my website, but they could go away whenever I feel necessary. 

What are tips to being quick enough to buy a pendant?

I recommend setting an alarm a few minutes before 8pm eastern time (please make sure you know your time zone difference if there is one. 8pm EST is not 8pm everywhere). Try to know the name of the pendant you want to purchase so it is easier to find on my site. Apple Pay and Shop Pay is highly recommended bc that is an instant checkout process, rather than other processes that can delay time. You can also create an account on my website to make checkouts faster.

Do you do pre-orders?

No. If I let you pre-order, I'd have to let everyone preorder and then I would not have any left for shop updates. Please wait until the time and day when I upload pendants to my site.

Do you have restocks?

I do not consider anything a restock, I have shop updates. Nothing I make will ever be replicated. Everything is one of a kind. You may see similar pendants in the future, but never the exact pendant again.

What metals are your pendants made out of?

The oxidized copper pendants are made with bare copper. Silver and gold pendants are 99% pure smooth copper wire and plated with 99% pure fine silver, and then coated with non-tarnish enamel color coating. The black pendants are 99% pure copper and coated with non-tarnish enamel color coating.
